Charlotte Reynolds joined The Hunger Project-New Zealand (THP-NZ) in 2008 as an investor, in 2009 as a volunteer and in 2010 as the Communications and Fundraising Coordinator. In August 2011 she became the Country Director of THP-NZ and works two days a week. She can be contacted at: nz@thp.org.

Charlotte has worked in a variety of not-for-profit, community and local government roles. She is passionate about the THP empowerment model, that gives dignity rather than hand outs, and hopes to make THP an organization of choice for more generous "Kiwis."

She holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy/Psychosocial Studies, a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Bachelor of Arts in Ethics and Political Studies.
